I’m Tahsin, a Senior AI Engineer at Chubb, where I build global enterprise AI solutions to help departments like Marketing, Claims, Underwriting, and Finance work with speed and accuracy. I am fascinated by the technologies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering—dedicated to bridging the gap between complex research and production-grade systems.
Previously at Manulife, I built ChatMFC, an internal AI assistant scaled for use by employees worldwide. Beyond this flagship product, I led the productionization of various ML solutions, ranging from weakly supervised NLP for executive budgeting to high-maturity MLOps pipelines on Azure.
